Friend Sense and bio platform

For “Sensor based systems” at KTH we had to develop a new sensor platform that could be used to sense bio and environmental data. So my part was to develop a wrist band for user interaction and the software tooling. So the wrist band prototype I came up with was made out of sponge, duct tape and copper plates as you can see in this presentation.

For the software I came up with the concept of a textual description of sequences which could be compiled to byte-code. The byte-code could be uploaded and executed on the hardware by an interpreter. More about this in this presentation. If you are into reading, here is the report.
